Micheal Frances

For Micheal Frances, creativity is a lifelong calling. Raised in a rigid and punishing family environment, music became his early sanctuary. He and his beloved sister, Laurie, used to sing away the ghosts of their childhood basement—a practice that taught Micheal a lesson he still carries: music bridges this world and eternity.

Following a youthful stint in Hollywood, Micheal spent years working as a licensed psychotherapist. Now, he is returning to his foundational purpose. As a creator, collaborator, and entrepreneur, Micheal operates on a simple philosophy: lift others up and have fun doing it.

At the center of this creative revival is his development company, Stupid Courage Productions. Launching into a rapidly shifting industry, the company embraces the challenge of a changing Hollywood. As Micheal puts it, dusting off old dreams at this stage of life takes a little "stupid courage"—but it's the only path that rings entirely true.
